According to a Completely overhauled heart along with a revamped layout, Firefox Quantum has been built from the ground up to deliver a quick browsing experience while swallowing a limited amount of resources. Mozilla is calling Quantum the biggest update to the browser since its original release in 2004.

Install Firefox Quantum on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Step 1. First make sure that all your system packages are up-to-date by running these following apt-get commands in the terminal.
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
Step 2. Installing Firefox Quantum.
First, add a repository for download Mozilla Firefox Quantum. Just follow this command:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mozillateam/firefox-next
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
sudo apt install firefox
Once installed, open the Firefox Quantum from Ubuntu Dash.
